Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and butter to rolling boil in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add Bisquick baking mix all at once.
    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth.
    Drop dough by tablespoonfuls (12 to be exact), 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet away from drafts.
    Cut off tops and remove any soft dough.
    Fill and enjoy!
