Ingredients

mint sprigs
3 to 4 tsp. sugar
2 to 3 grapefruits, cut in segments (enough to make 2 c.)
Preparation

Crush 6 to 8 leaves of mint with the sugar and sprinkle it over the grapefruit segments.
Macerate in the refrigerator for several hours.
Serve in a chilled sherbet glass or goblet with a mint sprig on top.
