Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. sugar for coating
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix oil, sugar thoroughly.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Stir in molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add.
    Form teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and drop into sugar to coat.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet 3-inches apart.
    Bake for about 15 minutes or until cookie has partially flattened and browned.
    Cookies will flatten and crinkle.
    Makes 5 1/2 to 7 dozen cookies depending on size of cookies you've made.
    If you make very small cookies, watch them closely for baking time.
