Crab Ragoons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. crabmeat
    1 pkg. wonton wrappers
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Place dried onion in small bowl and add just enough water to cover, and let set for 10 minutes.
    Add to cream cheese, sugar, and crabmeat.
    Spread egg around edges of wonton wrapper, then place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in center, then seal edges by pinching together.
    Deep fry for a few seconds and drain on paper towels.
