Southern Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
1 lb. sausage (hot), cooked and drained thoroughly
1 c. New York State sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix well. Roll into tiny balls (about the size of a nickel). Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain on a wire rack covered with a paper towel. They may be frozen.
To reheat, bake for 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
