Ingredients

4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 box vanilla instant pudding (small)

Preparation

Mix well
and
pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
