Spinach-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well; set aside.
    Cook noodles as directed; drain and set aside.
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup of sauce to spinach; spoon this into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Colby cheese. Add 1/2 cup of sauce to noodles; spoon over cheese.
    Spoon remaining sauce over noodle layer; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
