Philly Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef
    6 hoagie buns, split
    6 slices (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Toast an English muffin for each person. Spread toasted English muffin halves with seafood or crab salad. Place 1 slice of a large tomato on salad. Sprinkle with shredded cheese (Colby, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella or your favorite). Place in toaster oven or on your broiler pan and broil until the cheese melts, but is not browned. Serve.
