Chicken Italiano(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. chicken
    3/4 c. Italian dressing (fat-free)
    1 (16 oz.) California mix frozen veggies
    4 c. hot cooked pasta
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken and 1/2 dressing; saute.
    Add veggies and rest of dressing.
    Cover.
    Simmer for 7 to 9 minutes.
    Serve over pasta.
