Ma Sheffler'S Fast Pirogies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Lasagna Noodles
    2 Large Onions
    6 Medium Potatoes
    1/4 c. Margarine (Saute)
    1/4 c. Margarine (for layering)
Preparation
    1. Cook lasagna noodles until done. Wash and drain. Cook potatoes, drain and mash adding milk and margarine to
    make creamy.
    2. Saute sliced onions in oleo. In 9 x 13 x 2 pan layer 1/2 the onions and melted margarine, then 4 of the
    lasagna noodles, then the mashed potatoes.
    3. Cover with the other 4 lasagna noodles. Spread rest of
    onions and margarine on top. Cover with aluminum foil
    (prick a few holes) and bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
