Strawberry Orange Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pt. strawberries
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. chopped orange sections
4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin

Preparation

Use containers (one pint or less) with tight lids.
Wash and scald or use dishwasher with very hot water.
