Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. of ground chuck or lean ground beef
    1 medium onion sliced
    1 1/2 cups of grated cheese
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Pat ground meat uncooked in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
    Place sliced onion over meat and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add grated cheese.
    Mix celery soup and evaporated milk and heat a little. Pour over other ingredients.
    Top with tater tots and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
