Steve'S Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. hot applesauce, with 1 tsp. soda in it
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine applesauce, butter, sugar and egg.
Add sifted mixture of flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Add raisins and nuts.
Mix and bake in tube or loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
