Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crumbled ham or bacon or use 1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spread meat in unbaked pie shell.
    Spread cheese over meat. Mix sour cream, eggs and seasonings.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes at 400\u00b0 and finish at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
