Christmas Tree Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fruit cocktail (14 oz.)
    1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.), softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail.
    Blend softened cream cheese, lemon juice, orange rind, orange juice, sugar, salt and whipping cream. Fold fruit cocktail into cheese mixture and turn into refrigerator tray and freeze.
    Cut into pie shaped pieces using 1-inch strip at the end for 6 trunks and 5 triangles for trees.
    Serve on salad greens.
