Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 small onions, minced
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl until blended.
    Place remaining ingredients and 1 cup of sauce mix in a large bowl.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Place meat mixture in a 2-quart dish.
    Press to form a loaf.
    Pour 1/4 cup of sauce on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Baste with 1/4 cup sauce after 30 minutes of baking.
    Continue baking.
    When done, remove excess grease.
    Pour on remaining sauce.
