Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine ingredients with electric mixer, adding eggs one at a time.
    Add nuts and carrots last.
    Pour into baking pan (oblong, angel food or 2 layers).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes for layer or 1 hour and 20 minutes for angel food pan.
