Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. fettucine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped or pressed
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain immediately and return to pot.
Add olive oil and toss to coat. Stir in evaporated milk, cheese, garlic and basil.
Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Do not over-cook (or the pasta will absorb the sauce).
The mixture should be creamy.
