Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots, cooked until tender and drained
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salad mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix the following together and bring to a boil:
oil, vinegar, tomato soup, sugar, pepper, salt, salad mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
After boiling, let cool.
Layer carrots, then peppers and onions.
Repeat and pour sauce until gone.
Make sure it covers completely.
Let chill overnight.
