Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash (summer squash)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese (yellow Cheddar)
    1/4 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Mix sugar, mayo, onion, egg, salt and pepper together.
    Then add squash.
    Place in casserole dish and top with grated cheese and margarine.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
