Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 Medium Potatoes
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    3 oz. Cream Cheese
    1 tsp. Onion Salt
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes.
    Boil in unsalted water until soft. Drain.
    Add rest of ingredients and beat until fluffy.
    Place in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 375 until light brown.
