Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qts. popped corn
1 C. butter, melted
2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter, add brown sugar, bring to a boil. Add corn syrup; stirring constantly. Bring to a boil again. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda, vanilla, salt. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour. Stir with wooden spoon every 15 minutes.
