Garden Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 zucchini, sliced
1 small cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 small green pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/3 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer sliced vegetables in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle oil over top and season with salt and pepper.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Should be firm, not mushy.
