Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 container sour cream
    2 small zucchini, diced large
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. onion, chopped small
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small bag stuffing mix
Preparation
    Heat together soup and sour cream.
    Add salt and pepper for taste.
    Set aside.
    Boil together zucchini, carrots and onion until tender; drain and mix together with soup and sour cream.
