Mini-Minnie Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 English muffins, split
2/3 c. pizza spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Toast the English muffin in a toaster until lightly browned.
Spoon 1/4 of the pizza or spaghetti sauce on each muffin half.
Top each one with Mozzarella cheese.
Place the muffins on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Put the sheet into the oven and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove from the oven.
Let it cool 2 minutes before eating.
Yields 4 pizzas.
