Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 baking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    juice of half lemon
    1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter at room temperature
Preparation
    Set oven at 375\u00b0.
    In a deep 9-inch pie plate, layer apples, lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Set aside.
    In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter.
    Mix it with a fork or use your fingers until they're mixed thoroughly. Sprinkle the topping over the apples and bake for 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
