German Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 1/2 lb. ground beef
 
1 c. diced onion
1 tsp. diced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients; form into ball shapes as desired. Fry or broil until sufficiently cooked.
 
Served well with mashed potatoes, brown gravy and corn.
