Chilled Plum Tomatoes And Red Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. firm plum tomatoes
    1 large red onion
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    6 ice cubes (optional)
    1 loaf crusty Italian bread
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into quarters.
    Cut red onion into thin slices. Combine ingredients with olive oil and refrigerate 3 hours.
