Sugar-Free Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked dates or apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cooked prunes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine, cut in pats
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine dates, raisins, prunes and water.
    Boil 5 minutes. After bringing to boil, stir in margarine and salt.
    Set aside to cool.
    Add remaining ingredients to fruit.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon into greased mini muffin pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Bake longer if pans are larger.
