Mexicoli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (2 lb.) can Italian tomatoes
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter and oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Stir onion and green pepper in pan.
    Saute until soft.
    Add chili powder and cook 1 minute.
    Sprinkle flour over top; blend in.
    Add tomatoes, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boils 1 minute.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0; uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
