Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch cuts
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, toss chicken with celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Gently fold in whipped cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds.
Refrigerate until well chilled, about 1 hour.
Serves 6.
