Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 large tomato
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 medium bell pepper
    2 medium onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and dice eggplant.
    Saute eggplant in small amount of butter.
    Slice tomatoes, pepper and onions.
    Put a layer of each ingredient into casserole dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
