Coffee Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. Yuban instant coffee
4 c. sugar
1 qt. vodka
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix water, coffee and sugar.
Stir well until all is dissolved.
Add 1 quart vodka.
Add 2 tablespoons vanilla; mix well.
Makes 2 quarts.
