Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    8 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 red pepper, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage and salt, let stand for 2 hours.
    Boil vinegar, water, and sugar for 1 minute. Set aside to cool.
