Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mashed cooked pumpkin (may be canned)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
3 eggs or 4 yolks
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Make pastry for 1 crust pie.
Line pie pan.
Pour into pie pan.
(For crispness, have bottom pastry a little thicker than 1/8-inch.)
Bake just until a silver knife inserted 1-inch from side of filling comes out clean.
The center may still look soft, but will set later.
Serve slightly warm or cold.
Bake at 425\u00b0 (hot oven).
Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
