Curried Goat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. goat
    1 sliced medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    thyme (dried or fresh) as you desire
    celery as you desire
    salt and pepper as you desire
    curry powder as you desire
    small amount paprika
    1 tsp. Cajun spice
    small amount allspice
    a few whole cloves
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    small amount meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Wash meat off and trim off fat.
    Drain off excess water.
    Cut celery in very small pieces.
    Add all the ingredients to meat and marinate overnight.
