Frosted Date Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Cream the butter; gradually add sugar.
Add milk and vanilla; stir in the flour.
Blend in dates and nuts.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes, or until light brown.
Cool; shake date balls inside of plastic bag with 1/2 cup powdered sugar in it.
