Platski-Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, grated in a bowl
    1 small onion, chopped
    dash of salt
    1 egg
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except oil, together (should be a little thicker than pancakes).
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Pour batter in oil; brown on each side.
    When finished, serve with sour cream and applesauce.
