Sage Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (about 1 lb. each) pkg. ground turkey
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 55 minutes or until browned.
    This recipe can be made in half.
