3 (1 lb.) cans white Shoe Peg corn
    1 garlic pod, diced
6 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes (stewed)

    4 medium potatoes, diced
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaf
    1/3 bottle Tabasco
Preparation
Boil fryers; cool; pick meat from bones.
Leave 1 inch broth in pot.
Add onions, ground beef and pork to broth in pot.
    Cook until done.
Stir in chicken, vegetables and potatoes.
Cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
Add 1 to 2 bay leaves.
Cook about 2 additional hours (slowly).
    Add tomato paste; stirring occasionally.
This makes a lot! Use large stock pot; freezes great.
(When spoon stands alone this is thick enough.)
