Ham And Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    melted butter
    1 Tbsp. dried herbs (sage, thyme, oregano or chervil leaves)
Preparation
    Combine ham, onion, cheese and dried parsley in bowl.
    In separate bowl, beat together egg, milk and oil.
    Add 2 cups baking mix and blend well.
    Add ham mixture, stirring until mixed.
    Add remaining 1 cup baking mix, stirring until well blended.
