Country Style Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast
    bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
    carrots, cut in small pieces
    celery, cut in small pieces
    onion, cut in small pieces
    parsley, cut in small pieces
    beef bouillon
    large flat noodles (homemade are the best)
Preparation
    Cover chuck roast (and bay leaf) with water in Dutch oven and cook until meat falls apart.
    Remove from water and cool.
    Flake roast and skim grease from water.
    Add meat, vegetables and seasonings to taste.
    Cook until vegetables are almost done, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add noodles and cook until done.
    A cornstarch/water paste may be added to thicken.
