Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh or unthawed blueberries
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0 and grease muffin pans or 8 custard cups. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl with mixer, combine butter and sugar until very well blended.
Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Add flour mixture and milk, beating until well blended.
Stir in blueberries.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups or 8 custard cups.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 5 minutes and then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly touched.
Makes 12 medium or 8 jumbo muffins.
