Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large eggs
    1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 slices bread, broken in pieces
    1 lb. hot sausage meat, browned and drained
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Slightly beat eggs.
    Mix together with remaining ingredients. Put in casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut in squares to serve.
