Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Stir together flour, soda and salt.
    Add alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Yields 15 to 18 servings.
