Baked Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. chopped, cooked meat
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. beef stock or water
Preparation

Boil 2 cups water and salt.
Stir in corn meal until mixture resembles mush.
Season meat with chili powder.
Put layer of corn meal in baking dish.
Add meat.
Cover with balance of corn meal. Pour in beef stock.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until nicely browned.
