Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 large cucumbers, sliced
6 stalks celery, chopped
4 onions, chopped
4 green peppers, diced
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. salt
cauliflower (optional)
carrots, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Bring sugar, vinegar and salt to a boil.
Pour over cut up vegetables.
Mix well.
Allow to cool.
Place in a gallon jar. Refrigerate.
Serve.
