1/4 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add eggs, butter, milk and vinegar very slowly.
Stir and cook until mixture begins to thicken.
