Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 egg
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Roll into fairly large balls. Then roll in corn flake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    Better if made a day ahead and reheated.
    Serves 4.
