Sweet Potato Tipsy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes or one large can
    1/3 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender, peel, mash\tand whip, adding cream,
    butter and brown sugar, plus wine.\tTurn
    into
    greased casserole.\tBake at 350\u00b0 until heated through,
    about
    25 minutes.
